Justice Barred is a legal assistance office for individuals who cannot afford the expense of 

``retaining an attorney, but who may be able to afford a limited amount of funds to have us research and prepare the necessary pleadings to prosecute your claims. J.B. charges only $45.00 per hour with a 25-hour minimum, plus $375.00 office supplies use fee. If Justice Barred determines you have a claim, the retainer fee may be broken down into 3-payments. The initial interview is $25.00.

Justice Barred handles Civil Rights cases, Constitutional Rights cases (State or Federal 42 USC 1983), Post Conviction cases (State and Federal Habeas Corpus actions), Child Support Modification cases, Parenting Agreement Modification cases, Condition of Confinement cases, Legal and Medical Malpractice cases, and many other cases that may involve unusual theories of law. First impression cases are not a problem. Justice Barred has access to Lexis/Nexis and WestLaw legal sources for the most accurate argument and theory development.
